TOOLFLEX flap wheel was born from the long and deep knowledge of the problems to tube production and design, and the related problems for the finishing of the same.
Our Development and Research Office designed and prepared a new tool made of abrasive cloth that can work more than 30/35 meters per second; the patented tool allows the peripheral speed and the pressure on the bar/tube/sheet/coil to be kept constant for all the working of the same.
The result is therefore perfect and homogeneous on all the surface to be worked; the traditional “belt” systems cannot guarantee the same finishing as, after few meters, the belt itself need to be changed. The new TOOLFLEX method allows the process to be run without the use of cooling water or oil, assuring also low working temperatures and easy cleaning of the machine itself, avoiding also the necessity to take care of the sludge.
